General Information

We trust that Quality of Service can build up confidence in our customers. We have taken several steps to minimize the procedure for RMA application, please kindly follow:

(i) The warranty period must match the date and item shown on our sales invoice.

(ii) Please fill in the RMA Request Form and send to us for RMA approval no.

(iii) Please return RMA goods within the 7 working days following the receipt of our approval RMA no.

(iv) RMA Approval Form must be attached to faulty goods by shipment.

(v) RMA goods will not be accepted in the 14 working days prior to the end of warranty period.

(vi) RMA will be settled within 12 weeks or Credit Note will be issued upon successful application. Product(s) discontinued by manufacturer(s) shall be upgraded to a similar product or Credit will be given for the item at the current market value or the cost at the time of purchase whichever is lower.


Remarks

(i) In the event of defective goods, please make sure the goods returned for RMA that are within the warranty period.

(ii) RMA shipment without RMA Request Form will be rejected.

(iii) RMA shipment without our approval will be rejected.

(iv) RMA shipment has to be confirmed with your company chop or authorization signatures and received approval from our company. RMA application without any of the above shall be void.

(v) Please note that if the RMA goods are not packed properly and suffer any damage in transit, our company will not be responsible.

(vi) The conditions of RMA goods returned shall match the conditions specified in the RMA Request Form.

(vii) In case of mistaken shipment or that goods have been damaged in transit, our company shall inform you in writing within 3 working days after the receipt of goods.

(viii) Customer shall bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

(viiii) Shipping cost from customer to us shall be borne by the client; shipping cost from us to customer shall be borne by us.

(x) RMA shipment to us on Freight Collect will be rejected.

(xi) Do not send over RMA goods that were not purchased from us or when the warranty period has expired.

(xii) All remarked forged, burned up units, damaged pins, die cracks and physical damaged, missing components, core damaged will not be covered even though they are applied within warranty period.
